Beskrestnov, who is often referred to by his call sign “Flash,” expressed significant concern for the upcoming winter months in Kyiv. He recommended that vulnerable populations, particularly the elderly, consider evacuation plans to safeguard against potential disruptions to the city’s energy supplies caused by Russian bombardments.
